Geology Rocks!
Monday, June 22
2:00pm - 3:00pm
Practice identifying a variety of rocks, then try to break your very own geode!
Dig into science this summer! Do you know the difference between limestone and granite? Slate and obsidian? We'll start by learning how rocks are classified. At the end, you'll be able to break a geode to take home!
This program is designed for ages 9-18. Younger participants may have difficulty with the projects and/or concepts.
Registration is required. Families registering multiple tweens and teens should register each participant separately.
