What is Mindfulness and how can you use it in your everyday life?

In stressful situations, it's helpful to be mindful. But what is mindfulness? And how can you use it to strengthen your resolve, make life a little less stressful, and make coping a little easier? Join us for mindfulness practices such as:

• Relaxing music
• Mindful journaling
• Meditation strategies
• Breathing techniques
• Reflections
• Handouts so you can practice anytime/anywhere
