Join us at the College of Southern Maryland for this month's Writer's Process!
This is a monthly series for students, staff, faculty, and community members where we bring in local writers into the writing center to discuss writing processes.
About the Author: Erica Rosa is a digital media and literacy English teacher at Lackey High School. Rosa majored in communication at the College of Southern Maryland and in media production for her bachelor's degree at Salisbury University.
She is currently pursuing her MFA in Secondary Education, English at Towson University. When she isn’t teaching, Rosa can be found assisting her school’s theater department as a tech lead or at Bird City Records in La Plata, Maryland, as a shop manager.
A music fanatic with a varied background from radio production to podcasting to social work, Rosa began to take on zine-making and concert/activist photography as a hobby under the moniker Raven Heights Press in 2020.
This event will take place at the College of Southern Maryland La Plata Branch (8730 Mitchell Rd, La Plata, MD 20646) in the Learning Resource Center Room 211.
This event is sponsored by the Emily Creswick Fund and the CSM Foundation.
