Meet with a certified Enrollment Counselor for assistance with enrollments into Maryland Health Connection health insurance plans.

Maryland Health Connection offers health insurance plans for Marylanders aged 0-65 years old who are not enrolled in Medicare, or employer sponsored insurance. Medicaid enrollment is year-round. Open Enrollment for private plans is November 1, 2025-January 15, 2026.

Seedco Enrollment Counselors will be available to answer questions and provide assistance with enrollments for Maryland Health Connection health insurance plans. You may be eligible for no cost or low-cost plans.

Enrollment Counselors will meet with program participants in Meeting Room A&C at the Waldorf West Branch.

Please bring your current photo ID, paystubs/income information, and information about any job-related health insurance available to you. To open a new account, please also bring immigration or citizenship status.
