About the Presenters: William F. Renahan, Esquire, has been practicing law since 1982. He has served in the Offices of the Public Defender of Prince George's County, St. Mary's County, and Charles County, in addition to having his own practice. He has also taught law at Prince George's Community College, Largo, and at St. Mary's College of Maryland. He currently serves as the lead counsel in Circuit and District Court Criminal and Civil Trials and is an Expert Witness in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland.
