Need a little help with technology? We're here to help! Join us for Technology Assistance sessions on the second Tuesday of each month from 10–11:30 AM or the third Tuesday of each month from 5:30–7 PM.

Our friendly staff can walk you through common technology questions and help you build the skills and confidence you need to use your devices.

What can we help with?

  • Basic navigation of phones, computers, laptops, and tablets
  • Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Downloading, uploading, accessing, and saving files
  • Adjusting basic phone and device settings
  • General questions about using everyday technology

What can’t we help with?

  • Physical problems or damage to devices
  • Hardware repairs or replacement
  • Tax preparation or filing
  • Interpreting legal documents, government forms, or benefits paperwork

Please keep in mind that we can’t complete tasks or make changes for you, but we can guide you through the process step-by-step and help you learn how to do it yourself. Our goal is to help you feel more comfortable, capable, and confident using technology.

No registration is required. Assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you have any questions or accommodation requests, please contact us at 301-934-9001 or laplataref@ccplonline.org.
