Mystic Monday
Tarot Club
Monday, November 16
6:00pm - 7:30pm
Join us as we learn about tarot and its uses for mindfulness, self-reflection, intuition, fun, and more! No registration required.
Tarot cards have been a popular tool for meditation, creative expression, fun, and more for hundreds of years! We will study different facets of tarot each session, including symbolism and archetypes, spreads, and imagery. After a presentation on the day's theme(s), there will be time for participants to socialize, practice reading tarot for themselves or others, and discuss the day's topic(s). This program is open to all levels of interest and knowledge, even if you have no experience with tarot!
There will be a few decks available for use during class, but participants are encouraged to bring their own decks if they would like. Tarot guide books will also be on hand for use during the program.
This program takes place on the third Monday each month unless otherwise noted on the event calendar. No registration is required. If you have questions, please contact the La Plata Branch at 301-934-9001 or email laplataref@ccplonline.org.
Charles County Public Library events are accessible for all. If you have an accessibility request, please contact programs@ccplonline.org three business days prior to the event.
