Calling all writers to our personal Readers Mail Box!

Did you know that the oldest post office in Charles County, Maryland is located in Port Tobacco? Take a quick break from reading your favorite books — from Pete the Cat to Llama Llama — and write a letter to your favorite book character!

If you had the chance to send them a letter, what would you say? Would you tell them your favorite ice cream flavor, your favorite color shoes, or simply how much you enjoy their stories? The possibilities are endless when you put your thoughts in a letter. Letters will be on display at the end of the month at the P.D Brown location.

Registration is not required, just stop by anytime during the month of October.
