Come have an explosive good time with Mad Science of DC!

Calling all science enthusiasts! This is your chance to come learn about chemical reactions by seeing color changing experiments, balloon inflation, and of course, explosions! This exciting show also includes a demonstration of bubbling potions, where you'll get to learn about dry ice and see the creation of real clouds! You won't want to miss it!

About the Presenter: Mad Science of Washington was opened in 1995 by a husband-wife team of two Montgomery County Public School teachers. The staff of Mad Science has deep roots in the DC area– from Baltimore to Quantico, and everything in between. Mad Science in Washington runs the region's largest science-based summer camp program, serving over 1500 kids each summer. In 2020, they were proud to be selected as Washington Parent Magazine's WINNER in the category of STEM Summer Camps & Programs. You can find out more at their website.
