Come spend an afternoon learning about the science of magic! Participants will get to see foggy dry ice clouds and see water disappear, and see some neat demonstrations of air pressure and even the chemistry of fire!
This program is a ticketed event. Tickets will be handed out one hour prior to the event's start time.
About the Presenter:
Mad Science of Washington was opened in 1995 by a husband-wife team of two Montgomery County Public School teachers. The staff of Mad Science has deep roots in the DC area– from Baltimore to Quantico, and everything in between. Mad Science in Washington runs the region's largest science-based summer camp program, serving over 1500 kids each summer. In 2020, we were proud to be selected as Washington Parent Magazine's WINNER in the category of STEM Summer Camps & Programs.
