About the Presenter:
Anupa Mukhopadhyay, Esquire has an expertise involving working with clients in several areas of the law that relate to business, commercial, transactional, civil litigation, domestic and family law, immigration law, real estate law, estates and trust, employment and traffic violations representation. Her legal practice focuses on covering three jurisdictions; State of Maryland, District of Columbia and Commonwealth of Virginia.
Ms. Mukhopadhyay’s legal practice has specifically been involved in representing and negotiating in all areas of the practice areas of the firm. She has a varied and very extensive experience in domestic and family law, business and corporate law transactions, individuals and employers in immigration law cases, plaintiffs/defendants, in administrative law cases related to employment, insurance claims and civil litigation, negotiating commercial and residential real estate closings, complex real estate litigation, foreclosures, loan modifications, defending and negotiating tax law cases for individuals and business entities, representing clients in estate planning and wealth preservation matters and representing clients in major and minor traffic violations.
