About the Artist:
Some people collect stamps. Some people skydive. A lot of people have hobbies, and Steve Ogden’s is writing and drawing. He’s been doing it his whole life, so he must love it, huh?
The Jarrettsville native has been working as an artist and writer in the Baltimore/Washington area for almost 40 years. Currently an Art Director in the videogame industry, Ogden works for Sid Meier’s Firaxis Games in Hunt Valley, where he’s written and created art for games such as Civilization, X-COM, and Marvel’s Midnight Suns. Previously, he did a stint in Spokane, Washington where he worked on games in the mega-popular Myst series.
When he’s not working, drawing, or writing, you can probably find him running, biking, or kayaking with his family through the wilds of Maryland.
