Need one-on-one computer assistance?

Have questions about your phone, computer, tablet, or e-reader? Need help with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace? Want to feel more confident browsing the internet, managing email, or navigating your device?

Sign up for a one-hour, one-on-one technology assistance session with our resident technology expert at the Potomac Branch. Bring your questions and your device, and we'll work through them together at a pace that’s comfortable for you.

Sessions are designed for basic technology assistance and skill-building. Whether you're learning something new or just need help figuring out a tricky task, we're here to help you become more comfortable and confident using technology.
