Join us online or in person for the SAFE (Scam Awareness and Financial Education) series. These webinars are offered in partnership with the MD Dept of Labor and public libraries statewide.
Beyond delicious ingredients, making and selling foods requires producers to locate, interpret, and apply laws related to food safety, processing, licensing, and labeling.
During this interactive webinar session:
- Learn about Maryland's Cottage Food Law
- Understand the legal and regulatory requirements to sell Cottage Foods in Maryland
- Know the basic food science principles and how they relate to your food product
- Apply the regulatory and food science to your food business idea
