This program is intended for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their caregivers.
Each session is filled with a variety of fun and engaging activities—like games, crafts, music, movement, and more—all thoughtfully adapted to match the group’s interests and comfort levels.
No two sessions are exactly alike! Activities shift month to month based on participant feedback and seasonal inspiration, so there’s always something new to try. Whether you enjoy getting creative with art, moving to music, listening to stories, or simply connecting with others in a friendly, relaxed setting, there’s something here for everyone.
Our goal is to create a space where participants can build friendships, share joyful moments, and leave feeling inspired, included, and excited to come back.
Registration is required.
