Come learn about how the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development can help you buy your first home!

Looking to buy a home? Join us for this information session, presented by Alvaro Callejas with the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development. In this session you will learn all about the different programs that are offered to help first time homebuyers in the state of Maryland:

  • Help with a down payment and/or closing costs
  • Different loan and grant programs to help with the costs of making the purchase and/or with your new mortgage 
  • Education programs to learn all about the homebuying process to make it easy and stress free 
  • Free resources for rebuilding credit and getting out of debt to set you up to be successful in the long run
