Adventure Awaits at Your Library...are you ready?

Join us for an unforgettable start to the summer at our 2024 Summer Learning Challenge Kick-Off Party! In partnership with the Charles County Department of Recreation, Parks, & Tourism, this free, family-friendly celebration marks the start of a summer filled with learning and exploration! Enjoy a day filled with SLC sign-ups, engaging STEAM activities, games, fitness demonstrations, giveaways, music, and more!

This year’s 2024 Summer Learning Challenge was made possible through the generous support provided by the Citizens for the Charles County Public Library, Inc. 

Please note: This year's summer learning t-shirts will be given out to those who register for and complete the 2024 Summer Learning Challenge. Separate prizes will be given out upon registration.
