Come to the P.D. Brown Branch to search for 23 Barbie Dolls hidden around the branch to solve the riddle!

There are 23 dolls hiding around the library's Youth Department! All the dolls are in plain sight without hiding behind anything. You'll find them in the children's area and teen area. Each doll carries an alphabet letter with them. Find all 23 dolls and collect all the letters to answer the riddle below.
