In this interactive workshop, participants will learn basics on how to improve and manage their blood sugar levels through meal planning.

Being diagnosed with diabetes can feel overwhelming and sometimes it is difficult to know where to start, in terms of making healthy changes to your diet and routine. Having a plan is the key to success! In this program, we will discuss how to meal plan and eat well to manage your diabetes. Whether you were just diagnosed or have had diabetes for a long time, you will find plenty of delicious and nutritious meal plan inspirations here. 

This program is presented by a representative from the University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center.
