Are you prepared if an emergency strikes? Join us for this informative presentation to learn how to prepare you and your family for an emergency and how to create an emergency response kit.

Did you know that September is National Preparedness Month? Now is a great time to make sure you're prepared for any crisis.

After an emergency, you may need to survive on your own for several days. Being prepared means having your own food, water and other supplies to last for several days. A disaster supplies kit is a collection of basic items your household may need in the event of an emergency.

In this program Gary Lewis, Emergency Management Specialist with Charles County Emergency Services will demonstrate how to be prepare for an emergency and share tips on creating a preparedness kit for home.

Registration is not required. This is a drop in event. We will have a special prize for one lucky attendant at this event, so make sure you're there!
