Join us for a "How 2" Workshop with Rosaline Law on how to make simple and delicious vegan meals!

**No Registration Required. This is a Drop-In Event. We apologize for any confusion.**

In this workshop participants will learn how to make and spice up healthy and great-tasting food. Learn the health benefits of foods to be able to make better food choices as you “Eat to Live” in a healthy cooking demonstration. The demonstrations will be geared towards topics such as “Eating for Energy”, “Beating Diabetes”, “Heart Healthy Eats”, “Vegan/Vegetarian Vittles”, “Meals to Go”,“Soul Food”, just to name a few.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Rosaline Law received hertraining as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program. During her training, she studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.
