Pirates Slime Hunt

Arrr Mateey!? Go on a fun and learning treasure hunt! Find clues around the library using a neat treasure map and collect your findings.

Solve a clue-collect a treasure bag. Each of the treasure bags hidden contain items you need to create the slime. Who knows what you will find? The children will also be making pirate slime towards the end of the program using everything collected.

This program helps promote great work-together activity. The kids will use math and reading solving skills. This is a hands-on activity. Be prepared to have fun!

You need to be registered to attend this program. Registration opens December 6th, @ 9:00 A.M.

Commitment to Safety 

Per the mandate issued by the Charles  County Commissioners, all visitors over the age of five who enter Charles County Public Library branches (including Mobile Library) are required to wear masks.  Masks will be available for customers who arrive without one. Staff will maintain a social distance of at least 6 feet. All staff follow and practice enhanced cleaning and sanitizing protocols that have been in place in our branches and Mobile Library vehicles since Phase 1 of our Reopening process.
