You can also cook along with me!
For December 2nd recipe we will make Falooda!
This dessert is by far one of my fav all time desserts! Falooda! A layered dessert with Kulfa (ice cream flavored with cardamom, sugar, milk & cream and chopped almonds), jello, fresh fruit, rose syrup, vermicelli and chia seeds. Mmmm. Growing up, I just liked it with milk ice cream, vermicelli and rose syrup. Now, I love the variety of toppings in it! I remember as a kid, after dinner, my family and I would go to the ocean side vendor and have Falooda while playing in the sand.
You will need:
- Ice-cream of your choice (Original Vanilla is nice)
Pistachio Flavor is good too
- Rose Syrup
- Jello- I am going to make Strawberry/lemon flavor
- Soaked-Chia Seeds
- Boiled Vermicelli
- Chopped fruit of your choice. I am going to use Pineapple.
- Opt: Whipped cream
- Serving Bowl/glass
- Straw
- Spoon
