
In this program, Terry C. Jennings will explore the importance of legends and traditions and discusses the legend of the hoodoos, which explains the need to respect the earth and its resources. This program will explore how, within a community, there are those whom we consider "other," and the importance of acceptance and being welcoming of those "others."

Terry Catasús Jennings is an award-winning author of children's non-fiction and fact-based fiction. She writes for various educational outlets, including the Smithsonian's Science and Technology for Children series. She is represented by Natalie Lakosil of Bradford Literary Agency.
