Unwind, create, and take a moment for yourself at Creative Coping: Art for a Clear Mind, a relaxing, family-friendly program designed to support mental wellness through creativity.
In partnership with the Phi Alpha Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., this open-format session invites participants of all ages to explore a variety of calming, hands-on activities in a welcoming and stress-free environment.
Drop in and choose from a range of creative options such as coloring, small canvas painting, drawing, journaling, or working on puzzles. Whether you’re an experienced artist or just looking for a peaceful way to decompress, this program encourages self-expression and mindfulness at your own pace, no experience required.
In addition to creative activities, participants will have access to mental health and wellness resources provided by Zeta Phi Beta, including take-home materials and helpful information to support continued self-care beyond the program.
Join us for an afternoon of creativity, connection, and calm. Families, individuals, and anyone in need of a mental reset are welcome. All supplies will be provided, and individually packaged snacks will be available while supplies last.
Registration is not required. If you have questions, please contact the Waldorf West Branch at 301-645-1395 or email westref@ccplonline.org.
