Calling all artists! Join us for an afternoon of art history fun, where you can learn about different artists and new art skills and techniques!
We offer two Art Exploration sessions each month so that even more artists can participate.
In October, we will explore the history of the artistic use of gourds. Gourds have been used throughout history for many different purposes, and early on, users started to carve and decorate these vessels, often telling a story through pictures.
Please register each child attending separately and only register for one session each month, as Wednesday and Thursday will be the same.
Please email Laura Johnson at ljohnson@ccplonline.org with any questions.
Charles County Public Library events are accessible for all. If you have an accessibility request, please contact programs@ccplonline.org three business days prior to the event.
