• Understanding the early stages of Alzheimer's and the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral changes that may occur
• Effective strategies for communication, ensuring you can connect with your loved one and reduce frustration
• Daily care techniques that promote comfort, dignity, and independence for those in the early stages of Alzheimer’s
• Caring for yourself as a caregiver, with tips on managing stress and avoiding burnout

This workshop offers expert insights to help you navigate this challenging journey with confidence, ensuring that you’re equipped to provide the best care while taking steps to protect your own mental and emotional health. Registration is required and will close one hour before the program. This program will take place on Zoom and the link to the program will be sent by CCPL staff one hour prior to the event.
