Learn how to create realistic healthy habits that you can start now, and continue for a lifetime.

In recognition of National Nutrition Month, join Mary Winkler, an Exercise Physiologist and Health Educator with the Charles County Department of Health, for an interactive workshop that explores the top 3 ways to transform your diet for a more balanced and healthy lifestyle. Learning about nutrition can feel overwhelming, and sometimes it is difficult to know where to start. When making important health decisions for you or your family, having a plan is the key to success!

Registration required. Recommended for adults.
