Join us as we learn about native plants in Maryland!
What makes a plant species "native to Maryland" and why does it matter? We'll look at the vital relationships native plants have with soil and insects and birds and mammals. We'll explore the benefits native plants provide for people. Then we'll practice ways to bring more of Maryland's native plants into our human habitat. This program is presented by the Maryland Department of Natural Resources.
Registration is required.
