In this interactive "How 2" workshop, you'll learn about the logistical elements necessary to start a successful nonprofit.
Starting a nonprofit is no easy tasks (nor is sustaining one!) and it’s important to understand all of the steps involved in the process before starting one. This workshop will touch on things like:
- What you need to know and have before starting a nonprofit
- Filings you’ll need for both the state and federal level
- Policies and procedures you need to have in place
- Why it's important to have a nonprofit business model that supports and sustains your organizations mission and impact.
