The Outreach Van is bringing you a program called Mobile Meditation. Participants will learn mindfulness, meditation, and movement to improve mental health and wellness. Come enjoy this fun program and visit the Outreach Van before or after to pick up a book or audiobook on meditation! Bring a yoga mat or towel and a bottle of water. Meditation will begin at 6:00 pm.
