Join us for an engaging Zenit Journaling Workshop, where you will receive a one of a kind, handcrafted journal, and given journaling exercises by Zenit Founder, Alina Liao.

Journaling can transform us, but it's hard with a blank page. With Zenit, YOU choose the prompts for your journal, so it's personalized to your wellness goals.

What is Zenit?

(from their website): Zenit is a Radical Wellness company, founded by Alina Liao. Zenit Journals are hand-crafted, custom journals and planners that make it easier for you to take care of your wellness daily.

The name Zenit comes from "Zen" and "it." Zenit! The term "Zen" comes from the Zen school of Buddhism. "Zen" is the Japanese translation of the Chinese word "Chán," which means "sitting meditation" and is translated from the Sanskrit word for meditation, "Dhy?na." The Chinese Chán school of Buddhism originates from the original Indian Buddhism.

The fabrics we use for our covers are Ankara and Batik print fabrics, which are rooted in West African and Indonesian cultures.

We acknowledge that the healing and wellness practices permeating our work are rooted in Indigenous, Asian, and African cultures.

For this workshop, attendees will receive a mid-sized journals, which are 8.5" x 5.25", and contain 64 pages and be guided by Zenit Founder, Alina Liao on journaling exercises with guided prompts designed to support mental health and well-being. These include prompts for getting in touch with our feelings, releasing stress, and centering on what matters to us.

Registration is required.
