Astronomy can be daunting for beginners -- after all there's a whole universe out there! But stargazing basics don't have to be hard.
Join us for a virtual planetarium event presented by the Maryland Science Center. The Sky Tonight will give participants the opportunity to observe seasonal constellations of their night sky, find and identify stars, planets, and the phases of the Moon, and learn how to use a starmap for their own backyard stargazing adventures. The sky’s the limit, so let’s embark together on an exciting trip through the cosmos!
This event is recommended for ages 6-11, but would be enjoyable for the whole family!
This program will take place over Zoom. Registration is Required.
