Join us for a webinar that explores job search strategies using self-discovery, talent & skill assessment, the 4P's of Marketing, goal setting, and more!

If you are now unemployed, or soon will be, due to the current pandemic, you need to revamp your job search strategies. Since many companies are downsizing or closing completely during this time of economic uncertainty, the competition for an ever-decreasing number of jobs can be overwhelming. Preparation of a marketing plan, complete with implementation tactics, is crucial.

Competition can actually enhance, rather than diminish, your chances of landing a new job. Marketing is key. This webinar explains the basic principles of marketing and how to apply them to your job search.

This webinar is divided into two segments:  lecture and question- and-answer period.  The topics covered include beginning the journey of self-discovery, assessing your talents and skills, applying the 4 Ps of Marketing to your job search, accepting challenges, setting goals, and preparing psychologically for the interview and negotiation process.

Constance Hallinan Lagan brings information and insight, humor and hope, to the platform every time she speaks.  Listed in Who’s Who, The World’s Who’s Who of Women and Who’s Who of Emerging Leaders in America, Connie has presented for hundreds of colleges, universities, government agencies, corporations, labor unions, churches, hospitals, health care agencies and associations nationwide. She presents in the areas of business development, career advancement and personal enrichment.

Connie has served as publishing coordinator for a psychological and educational book publisher servicing the needs of children and teens at risk.  She has developed books, games and counseling tools to support guidance counselors, educators and therapists in their work with pre-teen and teenage students.  Connie has also served as director of career development for a vocational school, director of marketing for an entertainment company, campaign manager for a non-profit organization, and business consultant for the American and Canadian governments.
