Build and program your very own autonomous robot in this three-week course designed for students in grades 4-8!

Each week, participants will build upon the skills they learned in the previous session; developing coding, problem-solving, and engineering know-how as they bring their robots to life. Along the way, you’ll test your code, refine your designs, and prepare your robot for fun competition-style challenges.

This is a series registration program: register once for the first session and you’ll automatically be signed up for all three weeks. Please register each child who will be attending separately. For children ages 9-14.

If you have questions, please contact the Potomac Branch at 301-375-7375 or email potomacref@ccplonline.org.

Funded by the National Defense Education Program, RoboMasterminds is a new after-school, summer, and internship program for students ages 8-18 and college undergraduates that builds age-appropriate technical skills in robotics, programming, and engineering. Developed jointly by the Army Research Laboratory (ARL), the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) and the Energetics Technology Center, RoboMasterminds includes STEM activities, workshops, and internships.
