Join us for an invigorating and enjoyable cardio workout that's suitable for all fitness levels!

Cardio drumming combines music, rhythm, and movement to create a dynamic exercise experience. Using large inflatable balls as drums, we'll follow along to energizing music, engaging our muscles and elevating our heart rates.

Benefits of Cardio Drumming:

  • Full-body workout: Drumming engages a wide range of muscle groups, including arms, shoulders, core, and legs.
  • Cardiovascular fitness: The rhythmic movements and continuous drumming raise your heart rate, improving your overall cardiovascular health.
  • Stress relief: Drumming can be a great way to release tension and reduce stress levels.
  • Coordination and rhythm: Drumming helps improve hand-eye coordination and develop a sense of rhythm.
  • Fun and engaging: Cardio drumming is a social and enjoyable activity that makes exercise fun!

What to Expect:

  • We'll guide you through a series of drumming patterns and movements, set to upbeat music.
  • You can choose to stand or sit throughout the workout, making it accessible to adults of all ages and fitness levels. Please consult with your doctor if you have any concerns about participating.
  • You are encouraged to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated and a towel (if desired).
  • No prior drumming experience is necessary – just come ready to move and have fun!

This program is intended for adults. Registration is required.
