Come see objects take flight while learning about science!

Calling all science enthusiasts! Here's your chance to learn more about the way things fly! This program introduces participants to the principles of air and pressure. You can see an exothermic reaction and even watch a hovercraft in action! You won't want to miss it!

About the Presenter: Mad Science of Washington was opened in 1995 by a husband-wife team of two Montgomery County Public School teachers. The staff of Mad Science has deep roots in the DC area– from Baltimore to Quantico, and everything in between. Mad Science in Washington runs the region's largest science-based summer camp program, serving over 1500 kids each summer. In 2020, they were proud to be selected as Washington Parent Magazine's WINNER in the category of STEM Summer Camps & Programs. You can find out more on their website.
