Celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month with a mesmerizing musical experience featuring the Alice Gu-Zheng Ensemble!

This free concert showcases the enchanting sounds of the GuZheng, a traditional Chinese plucked string instrument with a rich history dating back to the Qin Dynasty (221–206 BCE). Known for its elegant tones and expressive melodies, the GuZheng continues to captivate audiences worldwide.

Join us for an unforgettable evening as the talented musicians of the Alice Gu-Zheng Ensemble bring this ancient instrument to life, performing a dynamic selection of pieces that highlight its versatility and beauty. Whether you're a longtime fan of traditional Chinese music or discovering the GuZheng for the first time, this performance promises to be a unique cultural celebration that you won’t want to miss!
