Catch some stars in a jar!
Join us for a stellar craft activity where you’ll get to capture a piece of the night sky! In this hands-on program, we'll start by learning about constellations and the stories behind them. Then, you'll choose your favorite constellation to recreate on black construction paper by carefully punching holes to represent the stars.
Once your constellation is complete, we'll place the paper in a jar and add string lights to bring your night sky to life! The result will be a beautiful, glowing constellation jar that will light up any space.
All supplies will be provided, and you'll leave with a unique craft to decorate your home.
Registration is required. Recommended for ages 6-14.
