Come learn about being safe around dogs!

Join us for a fun lesson all about "man's best friend!" This program will teach you all about our canine companions and how to interact safely with them, from asking permission before interacting with someone's pet to what to do if approached by a dog you don't know. You'll also learn about training tips for your pet and common issues affecting dogs, such as overpopulation in animal shelters.

Through real-life stories and even interactions with a real dog, participants will go in-depth with their knowledge about dogs and how to best care for and interact with them. Best of all, you'll be able to find out what you can do to make a positive difference for the dogs in your life.

This educational program is perfect for experienced dog owners, dog novices, and everyone in between!

Registration is required. Recommended for ages 4 and up.
