Come get your goat on with the Humane Society of Charles County!
Goats are more than just charming farm animals—they’re global superstars! In this hands-on program, students will explore the many important roles goats play in cultures around the world, from providing meat and dairy to serving as pack animals and even offering companionship.
Through interactive learning and up-close experiences, participants will gain an understanding of goat care, behavior, and the life cycle of these amazing animals. The highlight of the program? Meeting a real, live goat!
This educational and unforgettable program blends science, culture, and animal care for a truly unique learning experience.
Registration is required. Recommended for ages 4 and up.
