Do you have a past conviction that is holding you back? Maryland Legal Aid professionals will provide free, confidential assistance to help you understand and navigate the expungement process.

During this informative 20 minute session, you’ll receive one-on-one support from experienced legal experts who will guide you through the steps necessary to clear your criminal record. Whether you’re looking to understand eligibility, complete paperwork, or get advice on the expungement process, our team is here to help. 

This clinic is designed to assist individuals seeking to improve their future opportunities by removing past legal barriers. Register today to secure your time slot. Registrants will be emailed their time slot and a list of what information Maryland Legal Aid will need them to bring with them to their session one week before the program. After the clinic Maryland Legal Aid staff will file all necessary paperwork with the court to petition for your expungement with in 1 month.  

Income Disclaimer: Maryland Legal Aid’s services are FREE. Financial eligibility for legal services are based on the income and asset information of EVERY person in the household, using Federal Poverty Income Guidelines.
