Come spend an afternoon an interesting selection of live, large, colorful, and gentle reptiles from all over the world! Participants can learn what reptiles are, what makes them different from birds and mammals, and how important they are in our environment, as well as information about general reptile characteristics, adaptation, and their importance in the food chain!
This program is a ticketed event. Tickets will be handed out one hour prior to the event's start time.
About the Presenter:
Michael Shwedick is the founder and director of Reptile World, Inc., the home of one of the country's largest private reptile collections. He has developed a fascinating, educational program combining a talent for speaking, with the skill for handling large and sometimes dangerous reptiles in a safe, non-threatening manner. Since 1970, Michael has introduced America to the fascinating world of reptiles.
